Korean Beauty Cucumber Pepper, Capsicum annuum
The Korean Hot – Beauty Cucumber pepper has medium heat, 1,500-8,000 Scoville Heat Units, similar to a JalapeƱo pepper. This Korean hybrid pepper is called a “cucumber pepper” because it is juicy, sweet, and crunchy like the texture of a cucumber. A good all-around medium-spiced pepper, long and slender like a Pasilla Bajio.
