Bees N Blooms is looking for a trained horticulturist who takes pride in growing exceptional plants and wants to help lead one of Sonoma County's most unique nurseries.Â
We are a certified organic nursery and lavender farm in southeast Santa Rosa, specializing in organically grown pollinator-friendly perennials that help gardeners and landscapers create beautiful landscapes that support bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other beneficial insects.
The successful Nursery Horticulturist will be someone who doesn't simply complete assigned tasks, but actively participates in nursery production planning, monitors plants in the nursery, notices what needs attention, anticipates problems, and takes appropriate action to keep plants healthy and the nursery running smoothly.Â
This position is approximately 30–40 hours per week from March through September and approximately 15–20 hours per week during the remainder of the year. Additional hours may be available for other farm projects. Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week during the March through September period.
