Nestled at the base of Taylor Mountain in Santa Rosa, Bees N Blooms offers a truly unique wedding venue featuring the largest Lavender Labyrinth in California. With vibrant flower gardens, stunning mountain views, and a peaceful farm ambiance, it’s the perfect place to celebrate your big day!
Please note, we only host weddings from May 15 to October 1.

Classic Wedding Package

Celebrate your big day surrounded by the natural beauty of Bees N Blooms! Our Classic Wedding Package brings together the charm of our farm, the beauty of the Lavender Labyrinth and Flower Gardens, and the comfort of well-appointed amenities. We will work closely with your wedding planner to ensure thoughtful coordination and ensure your day flows effortlessly from start to finish.

Amenities Provided
  • Day-of Site Coordinator: Someone for your wedding planner to work with to coordinate on-site logistics to ensure all goes smoothly on your special day.
  • Tables, chairs, and shade for Pavilion area: The base venue rate includes tables and chairs to seat 50 and shade for each table in the Pavilion. Each additional person is $25. We have capacity for up to 120 people for the reception dinner. Chairs for the ceremony in the Labyrinth are not provided, but if you have 60 guests or less, chairs can be included as an add-on of $6 per chair.
  • Bride’s Dressing Room: A lovely indoor air-conditioned space to do those last-minute preparations with special friends.
  • Groom’s Space: A private space to share with friends before you take the plunge.
  • Caterer’s Prep Space: The Event Center provides an air-conditioned space that caterers can use to warm and plate the reception dinner.
  • Parking: While we generally recommend transportation services to allow your guests to relax and enjoy the celebration, we do have a large parking area that can hold up to 75 cars.
  • Luxury Portable Toilets: 2 luxury portable toilets for your wedding from Posh Privy.
Requirements
  • Wedding planner: We require a professional wedding planner as our central point of contact to streamline communications about the event. No exceptions.
  • General liability insurance: Day-of liability insurance for wedding events is required and easily obtained. We can recommend providers.
  • Approved outside caterer: We can make recommendations if you wish, just let us know.
  • Alcohol: You may provide any beverages you wish for your guests, including wine, beer, and mixed drinks. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender/caterer.
  • Venue must approve all decorations: We love new ideas, so don’t hold back! But we want to be sure no damage is caused by the decorations.
  • No candles, fireworks, or sparklers: Due to fire concerns in the area, no open flames or sparks allowed.
  • Smoking in designated areas: Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • Music must end by 10PM: We want our neighbors to be able to get a good night’s sleep.
  • Trash: All trash and recycling must be removed from the property by you or your caterer. Trash and recycling may not be left onsite or disposed of in Bees N Blooms’ receptacles.

  • During peak lavender bloom (late May to mid-July), the base rate for up to 50 people for ceremony and reception dinner is $10,500, with access to the space from 2PM to 11PM. Each additional person is $25.
  • At other times of year (after mid-July until October 1), the base rate for up to 50 people for ceremony and reception dinner is $9,500, with access to the space from 2PM to 11PM. Each additional person is $25.

Interested in having your ceremony amidst the lavender and then heading off to a resort or winery for the reception and dinner? We can do that! We provide seating for up to 150 guests in the center of the Lavender Labyrinth and will work with your wedding planner on any pre-wedding festivities, flowers, photography, and day-of coordination. You’ll have the venue for up to 4 hours, including setup and cleanup.

  • Event Center: Use of the Event Center, a spacious indoor area, for the Bride to get ready before the ceremony.
