Red Cayenne-Sweet, Capsicum annuum
Sweet pepper with only mild heat. This thin-walled cayenne is perfect for grinding to a powder to enhance flavor for meats, soups, sauces, and more. Also great stir-fried with a bit of coarse salt for an appetizer. Peppers are bright red and can reach 12 inches long.
