Held every Monday from May through September, these sessions offer a dedicated hour to slow down, unwind, and reconnect. Each Sound Bath features a rich blend of instruments, including gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and shamanic vocals. The layered sounds and vibrations create a deeply immersive experience designed to support relaxation and restoration.
