Dino Kale (Lacinato Kale), Brassica oleracea Acephala
This unique variety has the darkest blue-green color of any kale. The leaves are 3” wide and 10-18”” long. It has an excellent flavor that is enhanced by frost. Harvest when the leaves are small and tender for best taste. It has superior vigor, yield and hardiness. Plant in sun to part shade.
