Basil-Prospera Red, Ocimum basilicum
A Genovese-like basil in aroma and leaf shape. Leaves are gently cupped, dark purple and about 3 in long. Upright plant habit. Contains a small amount of red and green bicolor plants.
Resistant to Downy Mildew and Fusarium Wilt. Prefers moderately rich, moist soil. Regular moisture throughout the growing season helps to ensure a good crop.
