Here’s what’s buzzing at Bees N Blooms

As your walking the farm, you’ll start to hear all the buzz! The bees think the lavender is just right and they can’t stay away. Neither should you! Lavender Daze is still happening and tickets are still available every Saturday and Sunday, 10AM to 4PM, through July 9th on the online store. Want to see what the bees are buzzing about?

Check out the Lavender Bloom Status page to see the latest updates and images of our seven  jaw-dropping varieties of lavender.

Fathers Day is coming up at Bees N Blooms

Father’s Day is June 18th, and we are so excited to share that the John Kalleen Jazz Group will be joining us once again. What better way to say thank you to Dad than a picnic on the farm and live music. Bring a lunch, enjoy some jazz at the pavilion, and find great Father’s Day gifts at the Farm Stand! Music starts at noon and ends at 3PM. Tickets available on the online store. Admission is $20, with children 12 and under free.

Enjoy John Kalleen’s classic “Blue Note Era” jazz quintet! They offer fresh compositions, echoing the admired hard bop and post-bop eras of the 50s, 60s and 70’s but infused with a modern, dynamic spark. Check them out on their website and get your jazz on!

Can’t make it Father’s Day? We’ve got you covered! We are open every Saturday and Sunday for Lavender Daze, 10AM to 4PM, through July 9th.  There is so much to do on the farm during our iconic bloom season. Looking to bring the kiddos? We’ve got them covered too.

Fun for the Kids!

The farm is a very special place for the little ones, with lots of fun things to do.

  1. Feed the chickens. All of our chickens have unique personalities and LOVE to be fed treats. We leave a bucket with their favorite treats outside the fence so you can feed them. They will be your friends forever, for the price of a few dried mealworms! See if you can spot our lucky duck and his geese friends.
  2. Play Bees N Blooms Bingo. Grab your spy glasses as you wander the farm and see if you can spy some of the very special members and sights on the farm. Get bingo for the chance to win a Bees N Blooms sticker. Find everything? Win a delicious Honey Stick!
  3. Visit the farm stand. Kid-friendly goodies abound! We offer stuffed animal finger puppets in the store and treats, from lavender chocolates to honey sticks.
  4. Find your way through the labyrinth. Can you make it all the way through? Enjoy the beautiful sights and aromas and watch the kids see how fast they can make it through the labyrinth.

Don’t miss out on the best part of the season! We look forward to seeing you on the farm!
