Classic Wedding Package
The Ceremony
Surrounded by concentric gardens of lavender and other blooming flowers, the center of the Lavender Labyrinth and Flower Gardens provides a spectacular location for your outdoor wedding ceremony. Taylor Mountain serves as a scenic backdrop for the walk down the lavender-lined aisle. The center green turf is an expansive area for the wedding ceremony, with capacity for up to 120 guests.
After the wedding vows, you and your guests can stroll through a picturesque acre of beautiful flower gardens and enjoy expansive views of the Santa Rosa Plain and Taylor Mountain. The lavender bloom begins in late May, peaks in mid to late June and lasts through mid July. The rest of the season, the flower gardens are planted with many varieties of flowers that bloom from May through October.
Bees N Blooms’ beautiful Lavender Labyrinth and Flower Garden provides a space of diverse natural beauty that will frame this important milestone for you, your family, and your dearest friends. Tying the knot at the center of California’s largest labyrinth will ensure you leave with lifelong memories of your special day!
The Reception
For your reception and dinner, the adjacent Pavilion offers a spectacular setting for dinner and dancing, with seating for up to 120 guests. The band or DJ can set up on the balcony above the Pavilion, with room for a dance floor just below. Enjoy a glowing sunset over the Santa Rosa plain as you dine, with a view of the Lavender Labyrinth and Flower Gardens. Your caterer will have access to our Event Center kitchen for prepping and plating the dinner.
Amenities Provided
- Day-of Site Coordinator: Someone for your wedding planner to
work with to coordinate on-site logistics to ensure all goes smoothly
on your special day. - Tables, chairs, and shade for Pavilion area: The base venue rate
includes tables and chairs to seat 50 and shade for each table in the
Pavilion. Each additional person is $25. We have capacity for up to
120 people for the reception dinner. Chairs for the ceremony in the
Labyrinth are not provided, but can be included as an add-on of $6
per chair. - Bride’s Dressing Room: A lovely indoor air-conditioned space to do those last–minute preparations with special friends.
- Groom’s Space: A private space to share with friends before you take the plunge.
- Caterer’s Prep Space: The Event Center provides an air-conditioned space that caterers can use to warm and plate the reception dinner.
- Parking: While we generally recommend transportation services to allow your guests to relax and enjoy the celebration, we do have a large parking area that can hold up to 65 cars.
Other Options You May Need (not included in base price)
- Catering. Bees N Blooms does not provide catering services.
- Table linens, dishes, glasses, and cutlery (usually provided as part of catering package)
- Chairs for the wedding ceremony in the labyrinth
- Tent canopies for shade in the labyrinth
Requirements
- Wedding coordinator: We require a professional wedding planner as our central point of contact to streamline communications about the event. No exceptions.
- General liability insurance: Day-of insurance for wedding events is easily obtained. We can recommend providers.
- Approved outside caterer: We can make recommendations if you wish, just let us know.
- Alcohol: You may provide any beverages you wish for your guests, including wine, beer and mixed drinks. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender/caterer.
- Venue must approve all decorations: We love new ideas, so don’t hold back! But we want to be sure no damage is caused by the decorations.
- No candles, fireworks, or sparklers: Due to fire concerns in the area, no open flames or sparks allowed.
- Smoking in designated areas only: Smoking permitted in designated areas.
- Music must end by 10:00PM: We want the neighbors to be able to get a good night’s sleep!
