Jazz Weekend On The Farm

Celebrate Memorial Day Weekend, May 28-29 here at Bees N Blooms. Lavender Daze is here!  This Memorial Day Weekend, we will have live music, with New Skye Band on Saturday and the John Kalleen Group  on Sunday. Dino’s Greek Food truck will be here on Sunday for some tasty bites while you enjoy the music and explore Bees N Blooms!  Admission is $20 per person, with children 12 and under free! The farm is open from 10AM to 4PM most weekend days through July 10th for our annual celebration of lavender bloom.

The Lavender Labyrinth is coming into peak bloom now, with the bright purple hues of Folgate lavender really starting to pop! Bring those cameras! And check out the Lavender Bloom Status page for 2021 to see how each variety of lavender changes over the season. Our current Lavender Bloom Status page for 2022 is updated weekly, so you can follow the bloom progression.

This weekend we have a treat for our visitors—a special telescope will be set up in the North Pavilion for viewing the Sun between 11 AM and 2 PM on both days. We’re entering a period of high solar activity, when sunspots are often visible on the surface of the Sun, so you’ll be able to hunt for sunpots. Bring the kids!
