Winter Season at Bees N Blooms

Happy New Year, 2021! Here at Bees N Blooms, we are ringing in the new year by distilling our lavender into oil and hydrosol, planting cover crops, and hatching baby geese. While closed during the winter months, we focus our efforts on processing the lavender buds harvested during peak summer months into our lovely organic lavender hydrosols and oils. We also focus on marketing our products to local stores – be sure to find us at Penngrove Market, California Sister, Point West Floral, and Gathering Thyme. To purchase any of our products online, please click here. If you are interested in viewing how we process our organic lavender into the exquisite products we have to offer, click here to get to the page with informational videos.

Here on the farm, everywhere you look it’s green, green, green! We have planted cover crops in nearly all of our flower beds to restore the soil for spring planting. You can see evidence of this in the first picture at the top of the page. Looking ahead, we are hoping to have lots of goslings in the spring as our adult geese are mating. We have set up mating zones where the magic happens. Be sure to reserve a pair if you are interested in adding geese to your flock. They have many functions! Cotton-Patch geese make excellent grazers, pets, watch-dogs and entertainment 🙂

Thank you for joining us on this journey! Stay safe, happy and well. The future is bright.
