Honey Tasting and Lavender Products

Looking for something interesting to do on Sunday? Are you interested in learning more about honey? We are hosting a Honey Tasting Event here at Bees N Blooms from 2-4 PM on Sunday, January 12, 2020. You are invited! You’ll meet the beekeepers whose bees made the honey and learn about the floral nectars and their seasons in Sonoma County. You’ll learn to use the UC Davis Honey Tasting Wheel to describe the honeys and will have a chance to try some international honeys as well. Ticket includes samplers of each beekeeper’s honey, a Honey Tasting Wheel, and a 10% discount on all honey purchases made that day. Learn more about the event here.  Several tickets are still available at our EventBrite page. We hope you can make it!

We now have our certified organic lavender products available for sale online! Fragrant sachets, culinary lavenders for your favorite lavender-themed dishes, and our pure organic lavender, all grown at Bees N Blooms on the Santa Rosa Plain in Sonoma County.

Bees N Blooms grows eight varieties of organic lavender, including culinary varieties Munstead, Folgate, Royal Velvet, and Hidcote Giant, as well as Grosso lavender, used for oil production and fragrant buds for sachets and crafts.

We sell our lavender through Amazon and currently have available sachets in several different colors, lavender buds for culinary uses from our Folgate and Hidcote Giant lavender, and Grosso lavender buds for crafts and homemade products. Check out our Lavender Products page to see the options. By the end of January, we’ll also have our own lavender oil for sale.

With the farm stand closed for the mud season, this is a great way to get your Bees N Blooms lavender fix!
