Elegant, sweetly fragrant mounds of silver foliage yield medium length purple-blue flower spikes make this lavender an outstanding variety for your garden. This cold-hardy lavender does not die back in the winter like other varieties and is notable for its disease resistance and heat and humidity tolerance. Attracts butterflies and bees to the garden. Phenomenal™ (PP#24193) has a high essential oil content which produces a strong fragrance. Evergreen in warmer climates.
