Lavender Daze Starts This Weekend!

The bloom is on! Lavender Daze starts this Saturday, May 18. The farm will be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, through July 14. The spring flowers are still going strong, an epic combination! Tickets available through our Online Store.

Come and walk the flower gardens, find some planting ideas for your own garden, and enjoy the purple! We have several different varieties of lavender at Bees N Blooms, so the bloom lasts for quite a while! Check out the Lavender Bloom Status page for 2024 to see what the different varieties are doing now and the Lavender Daze page for more info. You’ll find answers to common questions you may have about accessibility, bringing dogs, tickets, parking, check-in, and more on our FAQs about Lavender Daze page.

This weekend, with the continuing cool weather, we have the special treat of having both spring flowers AND lavender bloom! The Munstead and Folgate lavenders are the first out and they are already beautiful and purple! The Tower of Jewels Echium plants are spectacular Dr. Seuss-like characters—a perfect backdrop for a photo! And while you’re snapping photos, head over to the Lavender Adirondack Chair for a great shot of your favorite friend looking like a 6-year-old!

This is a great time of year to get your garden going, and we have a selection of  pollinator-friendly plants, including different varieties of lavender, agastasche, catmint, Gaillardia, Yarrow, and more! We also have some baby Tower of Jewels Echium (every garden needs at least two!), so swing by the Farm Stand to check out the plants.

Next weekend (Memorial Day weekend), we have the John Kalleen Jazz Group playing on Sunday, May 26 from noon to 3 PM in the Pavilion. Bring a picnic and head on out to enjoy the jazz!

Advance reservations highly recommended. Tickets can be purchased through the Online Store.

See you on the farm!
