Bees N Blooms is seeking a Retail Operations Assistant to coordinate and implement a diversity of integrated activities related to harvest, sales, and events at our CCOF-Certified Organic farm in southeast Santa Rosa, including primarily staffing the on-site farm stand, harvesting and preparing farm products for sale (flowers, lavender, vegetables, eggs, and honey), and assisting with events. The position is full time (40 hours per week) March to October. Reduced hours from November to February, contingent on available work.
