American Beautyberry, Callicarpa americana
Grows as a shrub and can get to be about 4 ft tall if pruned for height. Can also be pruned down to the ground in the winter to create a 2-3-foot tall bushy shrub the next year. Small, pollinator-friendly flowers transform into beautiful purple berries in the fall. Good for arrangements and decorative in the garden. The pollinators love the small blooms and the berries serve as fall food for birds.
